Jennifer Kranig joined Fulcrum Property with years of experience in project management, spanning both operational and administrative scales. She has a knack for problem-solving and excels in relationship management and administrative management. Jennifer also has a background in real estate, having formerly managed the estates and family businesses of key executives.
Jennifer’s role at Fulcrum Property spans from the front office, where she greets and takes excellent care of all our clients and business partners, to the back office, supporting our operations, development, and investment teams with meticulous detail, attention, and care.
Jennifer loves the one-on-one communication with our clients, partners, and tenants. She enjoys hard work, multitasking, and learning new things. She has a teenage son and a darling 13-year-old chihuahua.
