Paul Spence serves as Vice President of Construction at Fulcrum Property, leading development projects from concept through completion. He oversees construction across the portfolio and plays a key role in evaluating new development opportunities.
Paul is actively involved in advancing major projects within The Bridge District, as well as a mixed-use development at University Research Park in Davis, with a focus on pre-construction planning and execution.
With more than 20 years of experience in construction management, Paul brings deep expertise in budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, project phasing, and value engineering. Prior to joining Fulcrum, he led pre-construction efforts for a prominent local construction firm.
Paul earned his degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is certified by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
