Randy Koss serves as President of Fulcrum Property, leading the company’s development and revenue strategy with a focus on shaping The Bridge District into a connected, mixed-use riverfront destination that redefines how people live, work, and experience Sacramento.
With more than 30 years of experience, Randy brings a forward-looking approach to real estate—grounded in large-scale execution and long-term value creation. His work centers on delivering integrated communities where residential, commercial, and lifestyle environments come together to create lasting impact.
Prior to joining Fulcrum, Randy led real estate development for the Sacramento Kings, where he oversaw the delivery of Downtown Commons (DOCO), a transformative mixed-use project adjacent to Golden 1 Center. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, managing a $3 billion portfolio across the Western United States, Hawaii, and Mexico, and served as President of Pronghorn Club and Resort in Bend, Oregon.
Randy began his career with The Macerich Company, where he developed a strong foundation in retail and mixed-use environments that continues to inform his approach today.
He holds a degree in Economics/Business from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
