Anna Green serves as Development Manager at Fulcrum Property, overseeing projects from design and entitlement through construction and completion.
She plays a key role in advancing Fulcrum’s development pipeline, managing coordination across design, permitting, and construction to keep projects moving efficiently and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Prior to joining Fulcrum, Anna held senior roles with custom home builders, leading projects through planning and permitting while managing design and consultant teams. She began her career at an award-winning architectural firm in the Bay Area, working on single-family, multifamily, affordable housing, and commercial projects.
Anna holds degrees in Architecture and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
