Colleen Pacca serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fulcrum Property, leading the financial strategy that supports the company’s development and investment platform.
She oversees financial planning, reporting, and treasury functions across a portfolio of more than 25 properties and 100+ entities, with responsibility for construction accounting, tax strategy, and entity management. Since joining Fulcrum, she has supported over $500 million in property sales and acquisitions.
Colleen previously served as Controller at Fulcrum and holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco.
