Nick Carter leads real estate investments at Fulcrum Property, overseeing acquisitions, development, asset management, and financing across the company’s portfolio.
He plays a key role in advancing projects within The Bridge District, including apartment and townhome development, as well as managing retail repositioning and the disposition of non-core assets.
Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2006, Nick worked at JPMorgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Investment Group, where he was involved in managing over 10 million square feet of office and industrial assets in Southern California.
Nick holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
