As Director of Operations for Fulcrum Property, Brian Hay is the guy that makes sure things are kept clean, safe and in good working order. He manages a large crew that work out in the field under his leadership to ensure all our properties are running smoothly.
Brian has been part of the Fulcrum team for 23 years, having come from a maintenance and property management background. He loves problem solving, putting all the pieces of the puzzle together and being able to see and touch the results of his work.
Brian volunteers regularly at Sunday School and has a passion for fishing, his family and American muscle cars. A true Californian, Brian grew up in Milpitas, California.
