Kristy Nguyen manages all account receivables for Fulcrum Property, oversees staff payroll and is responsible for verifying all rental increase terms and communication to our tenants.
Kristy joined the Fulcrum team sixteen years ago. Prior to Fulcrum, Kristy was held a staff accountant position at a startup in San Jose, California. And before that, she worked for Wells Fargo as a customer service representative.
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She grew up in Saigon, Vietnam and moved to California in 1990. Kristy is passionate about her family and spends her free time volunteering in a variety of ways including with her children’s activities and at Loaves and Fishes serving food to the homeless community.
