Vanessa Norgauer oversees property management for Fulcrum Property’s commercial portfolio, leading operations across budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations.
She manages annual operating and capital budgets, prepares financial performance reporting, and oversees tenant recovery processes to ensure portfolio performance. Vanessa also directs tenant improvement projects, vendor coordination, and day-to-day property operations.
Vanessa has been with Fulcrum since 2008, bringing deep experience and long-standing relationships across the company’s portfolio. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and was recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” honoree.
