Nick Carter leads Fulcrum Property’s real estate investments with responsibilities spanning entitlements, acquisitions, development, asset management and financing.
Nick is currently involved with the development and financing of apartment and townhome projects in The Bridge District, managing a shopping center remodel, and the disposition of non-core assets.
Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2006, Nick worked for JPMorgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Investment Group. Nick was part of an asset management team responsible for the operating performance of over 10,000,000 square feet of office and industrial assets in Southern California.
Nick graduated from Harvard in 2002 with a B.A. in Economics (cum laude).
