Originally redeveloped by Fulcrum in partnership with Altoon + Porter, the property features a distinctive architectural design inspired by the Pompidou Center in Paris, with exposed structural elements, corrugated metal, and fabric domes that bring natural light into the space.

Positioned adjacent to Arden Fair Mall, Market Square benefits from strong regional traffic and serves as a complementary retail hub within one of Sacramento’s most active shopping corridors. The redevelopment was recognized with the International Design and Development Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
