MARRS

MARRS—Midtown Art Retail Restaurant Scene—is a benchmark mixed-use development in the heart of the Handle District in Midtown Sacramento.

Originally a warehouse, the property was repositioned in 2005 into a vertically integrated asset combining office, restaurant, and retail uses. The project activated a previously underutilized block and helped establish a new model for urban infill development in Sacramento—one centered on walkability, curated tenancy, and community-driven design.

Today, MARRS remains a high-performing mixed-use asset and a key anchor within Midtown, reinforcing the district’s identity while driving consistent foot traffic and tenant demand.
