The Cannery

The Cannery is a historic adaptive reuse office asset in East Sacramento, spanning an entire city block within the Alhambra Corridor. Originally constructed in the early 1900s as a fruit and vegetable cannery, the property was converted to office use in the 1980s and later acquired by Fulcrum in 2006 with a long-term vision to reposition the asset while preserving its historic character.

The 275,363 square-foot, two-story masonry building offers expansive floor plates with exposed brick, concrete, and glass, complemented by skylights and ceiling heights up to 18 feet. These architectural features create a distinctive workspace environment that appeals to a mix of local, regional, and national tenants.
