Rose Melchor is the District Manager of The Bridge District and works every day to make it truly the best place to live. Along with managing our Leasing Team, Rose is the liaison between all of our residents and our organization. With a passion for leadership and personal relationships, Rose excels in her role. She brings strong organization and strategy to everything she does.
Rose brought years of experience in the mixed use, multi-family, and mixed income properties with her upon joining our team. She has a strong background in client service and property management.
While starting her career off in the medical field, she quickly pivoted into the Multi Family industry as she found her passion there. Rose is a California Certified Residentail Manager and has obtained a certification in Tax Credit housing in 2020.
Rose and her husband have three children which keep her free time busy with fun family activities, including spoiling their two cats.
