Osvaldo (Ozzy) joined the Fulcrum Property team bringing with him a diverse set of skills and a passion for helping others. With an Associate’s degree in theology, Ozzy has a unique perspective on life and a strong moral compass that guides his actions.
As the Community Manager at KIND West, Ozzy gets the opportunity to work closely with our residents, both existing and prospective, touring them through our properties, supporting them as needed, and delivering excellent client service as they make our properties their homes.
Before joining the property management field, Ozzy honed his expertise in construction for six years, during which he gained invaluable experience in installing granite and commercial kitchens. Notably, he was part of the talented team responsible for installing the granite at the Golden1 Center, showcasing his dedication to quality work and attention to detail. Over the past six years, Ozzy has demonstrated his commitment to community service by volunteering both in his local church and for the Hispanic community as a dedicated translator. He has been instrumental in bridging communication gaps and fostering understanding among diverse groups.
