Fulcrum partnered with McCuen Properties to build a new headquarters facility for the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE). SCOE plays a vital role in the region’s education system, offering both direct education and a variety of services that complement those offered by public school districts. This contemporary structure incorporates inventive architectural features to create a powerful identity for the client. Throughout design and construction, new casting techniques were developed to create a striking finish for the panels.
