With over a decade and a half of experience in the Property Management Multifamily industry, Stacie started from the ground up as a leasing consultant. She worked her way up to the Director of Multifamily. Her hands-on experience in various onsite property management roles has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to lead, motivate, and guide her team toward success.
Stacie has a proven track record of developing and executing operational budgets, maximizing financial performance, and enhancing operating efficiency. She holds three prestigious designations, including Tax Credit Specialist, Home Compliance Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, and Housing Credit Certified Professional from the National Association of Home Builders, along with an associate degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Fulcrum Property, Stacie served as the Vice President of Operations for 3800 units. Her passion in the multifamily industry lies in providing potential renters with quality housing solutions.
Outside of work, her role as a mother is one of her greatest joys. Stacie is committed to setting a positive example for her children in both my personal and professional life.
