As our Leasing Specialist, Nichole Aguilar is responsible for supporting all of our existing residents to ensure they are having the best experience possible, while also touring prospective residents through our properties. She works closely with interested residents, listening and understanding their unique needs and finding them their perfect home among our portfolio.
Nichole has over ten years of experience in the Multi-Family Residential industry and has a true passion for customer service, relationship building and solving problems. She brings a positive energy and creative spirit with her to work every day.
When she is not working, you can find Nichole spending time with her family, crafting, and baking.
