The Park Moderns are the first phase of residential for-sale development in The Bridge District–a completely new neighborhood situated next to a 3/4 mile stretch of natural river frontage and in the heart of the region’s downtown core.

Designed by internationally recognized architect Mark Dziewulski, The Park Moderns have been designed to strike the best balance between living at a responsible urban density and the enjoyment a meaningful relationship to the outdoors–right down to the fireplace on every porch. These 32 single-family homes surround the jewel-like Garden Park to create the sense of an outdoor room. At the heart of this neighborhood park is a massive sierra granite community table under the leafy canopies of four ancient olive trees.

The final release of the Park Moderns was announced in late 2015.
