Fulcrum is engaged in several ambitious master planning initiatives, including the conversion of a former Air Force Base to office use, and the transformation of an obsolete industrial district into a modern, sustainable city core. These collaborative projects demand a broad skill set and involve public/private partnerships, complex financing, planning and phasing strategies, and intricate entitlement and regulatory requirements. Each project has overcome many of these challenges, allowing for the development of several successful build-to-suits, and opening the door for a vast array of future opportunities.
