Fulcrum has developed, acquired and managed over 1,500,000 square feet of office space, primarily serving government agencies.  Government Property Fund, a Fulcrum affiliate, is currently the largest landlord to the State of Illinois and has owned and operated buildings for CalTrans and the Internal Revenue Service.  Fulcrum understands the unique requirements involved in operating and investing in government office properties.

Fulcrum, in partnership with McCuen Properties, recently completed the headquarters facilities of Ed Fund and Sacramento County Environmental Management Department at Mather Field.  Fulcrum has also recently finished developing a 65,000 square foot medical office facility in Rocklin and a 55,000 square foot Class A office building in the heart of Midtown.
