Mt. Shasta Mall is a regional shopping center anchored by Macy's, Sears, and JCPenny.  Fulcrum purchased this center in 1992 as a strategic, long-term hold.  After several smaller capital improvements in the 1990s, our team completed a $32 million expansion and remodel of the property in 2001, adding 40,000 square feet of shop space and a two-level Macy’s department store.  Mt. Shasta serves as a regional destination for entertainment, shopping and dining, and its multiple tenants enjoy a high degree of success.
